3.1 - Creating a Lead

There are two ways to create a lead:

1. Create an individual lead

   a. To create an individual lead, navigate to the Leads page in the CRM. Select ‘Create’ in the top right corner (see Figure 1).

c. A popup window will open as shown in Figure 1.1.

2. Import a group of leads

   a. Submit a request through Zirrus One Support (tier1support@zirrusone.com).
