3.4 - Converting Lead to Deal

After gathering sufficient information and determining the Lead's potential for conversion, you can smoothly transition them further along the sales pipeline by converting them into a Deal.


During this conversion, you'll have the option to:

  • Create new Contact and Organization records from the information provided in the Lead.

  • Link to existing Contact and Organization records if they already exist in your CRM.

  • Add more contacts to the deal and designate a primary contact person.

Converting qualified Leads into Deals allows you to kick off the sales process and monitor your progress toward closing the opportunity. Information will automatically carry over from Lead to Deal.
