4.2 - Features within Deal
When creating a Deal within the CRM, several essential fields can be captured to help track and manage the Deal effectively. Below are the key features of the Deal page:
Organization and Contact Information:
Enter the organization’s name, website, and number of employees.
Input the contact’s first and last name, email, and mobile number.
Deal-Specific Information:
Territory: Select the relevant territory for the deal.
Amount: Input the deal value or contract amount.
Industry: Choose the industry the customer or lead belongs to.
Probability: Select the probability of a deal closing to more accurately create sales projections.
Close Date: Enter the estimated close date for sales projections.
Deal Status:
Select the status from different stages, such as Qualification, Proposal, Negotiation, etc., to track the progress of the Deal.
Assign a Deal Owner responsible for managing and closing the Deal.
Deal Management:
Create and assign tasks related to the deal, tracking ownership and deadlines to ensure follow-up.
Add notes throughout the deal’s lifecycle to capture key details and maintain a clear record of progress.
This interface allows you to collect and manage critical information to progress the Deal through the sales pipeline, ensuring that all necessary details are stored and accessible for sales success.
